  • Enable employees to work remotely
  • In-office teams are reduced to as little staff as possible in order to maintain business operations
  • Offices are currently closed to visitors
  • Suspended all face-to-face interactions with external parties for work-related purposes – collaborate instead using virtual platforms
  • Internal meetings are being held virtually
  • Suspended all non-critical inter-office and business travel
  • Suspended company attendance at in-person conferences and events
  • Physical distancing guidelines
  • Personal hygiene guidelines for hand hygiene, cough and sneeze etiquette and avoiding touching ones face
  • Frequent cleaning and disinfecting of workstations, high-touch points, tools and equipment
  • COVID-19 protocols for employees attending design inspection and construction inspections
  • Anyone who has travelled outside of Canada must self-quarantine for a minimum of 14 days and monitor for symptoms
  • Asking employees who are sick, have COVID-19 like symptoms, have been around a confirmed or probable case, or who have been ordered by public health to self-isolate to not come into the office or attend site

Please check back often for updates as we continue to evolve our response strategies.
