Andrew Townend is a founder of and Managing Principal with PBX Engineering based out of the Victoria Office.  Mr. Townend has 14 years of experience and typically provides Project Management and Senior Electrical Design Engineer services within the buildings, marine, municipal, industrial, transportation, and security sectors.  Mr. Townend has accumulated experience with power distribution, area lighting, control systems, closed circuit television systems, pedestrian and vehicular access control and Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) projects.  Andrew brings forth experience in the project management and design of both large and small electrical systems projects, ranging from individual sewage lift stations to facility-wide access control systems.
