Cory Edgar is a Professional Electrical Engineer and Principal with PBX Engineering and acts as a Project Manager and Senior Design Engineer on provincial and municipal transportation projects.   Mr. Edgar has a decade of experience including the design of bridge electrical systems, on and off roadway lighting, traffic signals, ITS systems, power distribution systems, project management, quality assurance, tender documentation and field reviews for both large and small scale multidisciplinary projects. As a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer, Mr. Edgar undertakes guide signing design, traffic signal modelling and analysis, and the development of signal timing plans.
